Description
The EPIRA provided that upon the effectivity of the Act, residential end-users will be granted a rate reduction from NPC rates of thirty centavos per kilowatt-hour (P0.30/kWh). This is an executive order from Pres. G. M. Arroyo to extend relief on the high power rates to residential end-users.
